Please ALWAYS check the website BEFORE EVERY game to assure your game has not changed. There may not be time to call or email all the coaches, therefore it is your responsibility to check the web site and relay any changes to your parents and players on your team.

Open to all recreation, advanced, and travel players from Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Chesapeake and all of Hampton Roads.

Best Program Available for Winter Conditioning

SISL will be offering EACH team one FREE DOC Session with Alex Rebeiz - A professional player on his National team and coach from Senegal. Please email Lyn Green to request a session.

Sweatshirts and T-shirts will be available at Games.
